COMMITTED TO REDUCING
EMISSIONS SINCE 2002

At Diggia we are working to achieve our big goal:
A Zero Emissions World:

In 2020, we have complemented our action plan with the calculation of the carbon footprint taking into account scope 1 and 2, necessary to know the direct emissions made by the organisation, which has been certified by MITECO (Ministry for Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge).

In addition, scope 3 has been calculated in order to know the indirect emissions that most affect the organisation and to study the possible means of compensation in the medium and long term.

The data for calculating the organisation’s carbon footprint emissions in 2020 were as follows:

SCOPE 1

66,49 TCO2EQ

Direct emissions from the activities of the organisation or under its control.

SCOPE 2

10,57 TCO2EQ

Indirect greenhouse gas emissions associated with the purchase of electricity, steam, heat or cooling.

SCOPE 3

584,22 TCO2EQ

Indirect emissions (except those included in Scope 2) that occur in the value chain of the reporting company.

Our commitment

One of our main commitments is the use of green energy. For this reason, we work with suppliers that supply energy that is 100% produced from renewable energies. Another of the measures we are carrying out is the transition from combustion vehicles to 100% electric vehicles.
