Key Expansions in the Hotel Market
The consolidation of Continuum Group as a hotel operator, integrating new brands and opening establishments in Spanish cities, strengthens its position as a strategic partner of Wenea.
For its part, Wenea continues to reach strategic agreements with various companies in the hotel sector on the international stage. An example of this is the company’s expansion into Portugal, consolidating its position as the leading independent charging operator for electric vehicles in its third international market, alongside Spain and the United Kingdom.
In this context, Alberto Cantero, CEO of Wenea, stated: “The strategic location of Continuum’s charging stations in the heart of major cities offers an ideal space not only for hotel guests, who can benefit from destination charging, but also for individuals seeking fast charging and for VTC fleets and taxis that need high availability in the urban center to keep their vehicles running. These locations provide the necessary capillarity for efficient electric mobility in large cities.”
“Continuum is committed to continuous improvement, always striving to offer the best service to our hotel guests, as well as creating increasingly eco-friendly hotels. Thanks to our recent openings and ongoing projects, we hope to continue developing the potential of joint synergies with Wenea,” said Eduardo Irigoras and Jean-François Mabrut, co-founders of Continuum Hospitality Group.”
